Professional and Personal Development
We expect our new consultants to be extremely interested
in learning our methodology and how to put it into
practice. Our goal is to transform each new consultant
into a project manager in three years and, in order
to do so, we utilize a combination of formal training
in small groups, one to one coaching, and practical
experience. In order to reach managerial level within
three years, the consultant has to understand how
to apply our methodology to any kind of industry
or process. To achieve this the consultant works
in a variety of different industries and processes
during the three-year period and as the consultant
demonstrates increased understanding and acquisition
of the required skills, we assign him or her greater
responsibility.

| In each project there is a full-time manager and a part-time director. These two people ensure that every consultant receives the training, knowledge, tools, and supervision required to succeed.
Although learning and understanding the technical
side of applying our methodology is very important,
the tactical side is of even greater importance.
Our business consists of creating change for
our clients, not only in the company's structures
and processes, but also in its management
systems and day-to-day working. |

The consultant learns how to handle this key
aspect in order to successfully overcome the natural
resistance to change and involve the client's employees
in the change process. These are three years of
intense learning and growth. At the end, successful
consultants are invited to become project managers
and lead their own groups of consultants.
During these three years every consultant is evaluated every three months by his or her manager and director. The evaluation recognises and measures the consultant's skills and progress in learning our methodology, and highlights the knowledge and skills that need more attention. The manager then agrees a strategy for correcting this. At the same time each consultant is also evaluated on the specific results they generate in their area of responsibility, both in diagnostics and projects. Together these evaluations are the criteria for promoting consultants up through the organisation.
These are three years of intense learning and growth. At the end successful consultants are invited to become project managers and lead their own groups of consultants.
