All our experience over the past eight years, gathered from both diagnoses and projects, is recorded on our internal website. The procedures for all of the most frequently used studies and analyses are documented here. Consultants can find information about our history, administrative policies and procedures, as well as information on different technical and tactical aspects of our day-to-day activities, on the internal website. The consultant can look up reference documents on different industries and their processes, indicators, common problems, terminology etc. and learn what London has done in those industries. The consultant can also access the formats that have been used and the solutions that have been implemented in diagnoses and projects that we have carried out. This knowledge base is the foundation for both self-study and the courses given by managers and directors of the business. Every member of our company is invited to utilize this inventory of knowledge extensively.
